Upper GI Diagnostics & Therapy

Gastroscopy (Upper GI Endoscopy) is a procedure to examine the upper digestive tract. Our skilled team uses advanced high-definition endoscopes to diagnose and treat conditions of the esophagus, stomach, and duodenum.

Why is it performed?

  • Investigating persistent acidity, heartburn, or reflux (GERD)
  • Diagnosing stomach ulcers and H. pylori infection
  • Evaluating difficulty in swallowing
  • Identifying causes of upper abdominal pain or bleeding
  • Screening for stomach and esophageal cancers

Therapeutic Procedures
Beyond diagnosis, we perform therapeutic interventions such as polyp removal, stopping internal bleeding, and dilating strictures (narrowing) of the food pipe during the same procedure.

Patient Comfort

We prioritize your comfort. The procedure is quick and is often performed under mild sedation or local anesthesia spray, ensuring you experience minimal discomfort.
